Own Your Numbers ("OYN", "we") is operated by Agentmaker LLC. You can reach us at [email protected]. By using OYN you agree to these terms.
OYN connects to your Xero organisation with read-only access and turns your numbers into a cash briefing: your cash position, your cash cushion in months, a risk rating, and suggested actions. You can choose to receive a weekly briefing by email or WhatsApp.
OYN is not accounting, tax, investment or financial advice. Briefings are automated analysis of your own data, and the suggested actions are prompts, not instructions. Decisions about your business remain yours. For advice, speak to your accountant or adviser.
You sign in with a magic link sent to your email address, or with your Xero or Google account, so keep those accounts secure. You confirm that you are authorised to connect any Xero organisation you connect, and that the details you give us are accurate.
Our Xero access is read-only and we never write to your books. We do not keep a copy of your ledger: analysis results are deleted within 24 hours of being produced. OYN is hosted in the UK and operates under UK GDPR. The detail lives in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect Xero at any time, from OYN or from Xero itself.
New accounts start with a 14-day free trial, no card required. Paid plans are subscriptions billed through Stripe. You can cancel at any time in one click; cancellation stops future charges and your access runs to the end of the period you have paid for. We do not offer partial refunds unless the law requires them.
Use OYN only for organisations you own or are authorised to act for. Do not attempt to probe, overload, reverse engineer or resell the service.
We work hard to keep OYN reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Briefings depend on Xero's API and your chosen delivery channels being available.
The OYN software belongs to Agentmaker LLC. Your business data belongs to you.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for business decisions made using OYN briefings, or for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability to you is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You can stop using OYN and disconnect your data at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is material we will tell you by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use OYN after a change means you accept it.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
